Happy New Year

I am greeting the new year with a picture taken from a magazine produced by a small animal charity, Freshfields, whose main aim is to rescue ponies, sheep, dogs, cats, pot-bellied pigs and anything else four legged that is thrown out, particularly at this time of year, when people still persist in buying cuddly baby animals for Christmas presents, they have too many of everything, from rabbits upwards and run two or three small shops selling donated goods towards the cost of feedstuff, bedding etc......
I am also using this picture for my Pink Saturday entry, because I feel that charity is something that touches all our lives somtimes, So to Beverley at How Sweet the Sound, and to everyone who visits, Happy Pink Saturday, and Happy New Year xxx

I have a treasure trove of S.U. goodies from a friend in U.S.A. so here are three cards ready for my charity box - I want to make around 200 more for different charities before Christmas - will post a pic when I have more done - mostly the cards were made with S.U. products - just a touch of Joanna Sheen and a few different inks to add a bit of pizzazz......

Another pair of cards for my friend - I try to make enough to fill a large jiffy bag, normally around 10/12 cards - and because of the weight and packaging factor, I don't put too many embellishments on them because they would either get squashed or cost a bomb.

I have been making greetings cards with Spanish greetings on them, for a friend who lives over in Spain and devotes her time to helping stray and ill treated animals, since I am an animal nut, it's a very worthwhile cause for me to help.
