Wildfire Rose

Hubby and I have been looking for this particular rose for quite a while, and yesterday - well, I was cock-a-hoop - we found one. It's a standard rose around 4ft high, and I just love the colour and delicate perfume.

Hello Ed,

The roses are beautiful! There are so many varieties. I hope to plant a few David Austin varieties when I ever make it to the outside to plan the flower garden. :0) I think all of that is on page 5 or 6 of the "to-do" list at this point. :0)

Drop by for a visit. I have a really pretty vintage angel graphic you may like to use in your artwork.

Hugs,
Stephanie

This is beautiful Ed and I love the colour as well. I love roses in the garden but unfortunately in our climate they are not easy to grow unless you can find the winter hardy variety. So enjoy your lovely find.

Nancy, cock-a-hoop is a typical Brit saying, it means you are so happy you want to sing, dance, fly and everything good all at once - you are bursting with joy.
